Passionate about nutrition and healthy cooking, I perfected my skills in professional cooking at the Institut de tourisme et d'hôtellerie du Québec.
 

My knowledge of cooking and nutrition has allowed me to develop expertise in creating healthy recipes inspired by the Mediterranean diet, which I share with my clients.
 

Since 2014, I have dedicated myself to private practice and specialize in the treatment of obesity and diet for active people and athletes.

 

Dietitian and nutritionistare reserved titles in Quebec and designate the same profession.  The purpose of a reserved title is to protect the general public, by ensuring that members are competent and belong to an order professional.
