Meal salad with cabbage

Preparation :15 minutes
Yield : 4 servings of 175 ml (2/3 cup)
Nutrition Notes : Very rich in vitamin C and minerals, cabbage provides the essential elements to face the cold season. Plus, cabbage, like cranberries and almonds, is high in fiber and antioxidants.
Ingredients
3 cups / 750 ml shredded green cabbage
4 slices / 60 g Prosciutto ham, sliced into strips
½ cup / 125 ml Mozarella cheese in small cubes
½ cup / chopped walnuts or almonds
½ cup dried cranberries
1 cup / 250ml chopped fresh parsley
Vinaigrette
¼ cup cider vinegar
¼ cup olive oil
Pepper to taste
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients and add the vinaigrette.

Leave to macerate for at least an hour in the refrigerator before serving.
