Homemade smoothies

Ingredients
1 cup (250ml) washed and chopped fruit
1 cup 2% milk or fortified soy beverage
4 tbsp. plain Greek yogurt or silken tofu or light ricotta cheese
2 tbsp. chia seeds
Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in the food processor. Serve as fresh
Suggestion : You can use fresh fruit, drained canned fruit or frozen fruit.
Yield:1 serving of 11/2 cups.
